2 tbsp Bragg Apple Cider Vinegar
3 tbsp LAHMAR Extra Virgin Olive Oil or Manitoba Hemp Seed Oil
1 clove fresh garlic crushed or ½ tsp organic garlic powder
½ tsp sea salt (I like pink Himalayan salt or celtic sea salt)
2 tbsp maple syrup or agave nectar
2 tbsp balsamic vinegar (optional)
1 tbsp stone-ground mustard (prepared)
1 tsp organic black pepper



1. Shake up together in shaker cup until well blended. Pour into glass jar.
2. Refrigerate for ½ hour to blend flavors. Will keep in fridge for up to a week.

Notes: Shake before using, to blend all the flavors. (I usually make up enough to last me all week by doubling the recipe) I love this on greens, blends of spinach, and mixed green salads. I’ve also used leftovers on my rice dishes after they are cooked.
